What's an HMO? 

An HMO is an official term used to describe a house that is shared by more than one household (multiple occupancy). Most HMOs have been subdivided from larger houses originally designed for use by one family and made into separate flats or rooms with common areas.​

 

How long are the contracts for?

Most of our properties are let on 12 month contracts from 1st July to 30th June each year.  

 

Are pets allowed?

No, sorry! ​

 

Where does my deposit go?

Your deposit will be protected with the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS).
